Farmkon Disinfectant Powder - Multi-Scenario Usage and Dosage Guide

As a high-efficiency and broad-spectrum disinfectant, Farmkon Disinfectant Powder can quickly kill various pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores through a strong oxidative sterilization mechanism. It is widely used in multiple scenarios including animal husbandry, aquaculture, food processing, household daily use, and public health. The following is the detailed usage, precise dosage, and scenario descriptions for each core scenario, balancing disinfection effect and usage safety.

I. Animal Husbandry Scenarios

Scenario Description: Suitable for environmental disinfection, equipment disinfection, on-animal disinfection in livestock and poultry breeding sites such as pigsties, chicken coops, and cattle sheds, as well as disinfection of incoming/outgoing vehicles and personnel. It can effectively prevent and control the spread of epidemics such as African swine fever and avian influenza.

Precautions
Breeding Environment (Floors, Walls)
1:100 (10g/L)
After thoroughly cleaning dirt, spray evenly with a sprayer to ensure full surface coverage (200ml/m² for walls, 350ml/m² for concrete floors)
30 minutes
Can be used normally in low-temperature environments (> -6℃), no rinsing required after disinfection
Breeding Equipment (Feed Troughs, Drinkers, Cages)
1:200 (5g/L)
First rinse with water to remove residual feed/manure, then soak or wipe with disinfectant, focusing on complex gaps
15-20 minutes
Rinse thoroughly with clean water after disinfection to avoid drug residues contacting feed
On-Animal/Poultry Disinfection
1:500 (2g/L)
Use fine mist spraying to evenly spray on the body surface of livestock/poultry and the breeding space, avoiding the mouth and nose of livestock/poultry
Air-dry naturally
Prefer this mild concentration in winter and spring to avoid irritating the respiratory tract of livestock/poultry
Incoming/Outgoing Vehicles/Personnel Shoe Soles
1:100 (10g/L)
Disinfect vehicle tires and body with high-pressure spray; soak personnel shoe soles in a disinfection pool (depth ≥ 10cm)
Vehicles stand for 30 minutes after spraying; personnel soak for ≥ 5 minutes
Replace the disinfection pool solution 1-2 times a day to ensure the concentration meets the standard

II. Aquaculture Scenarios

Scenario Description: Suitable for disinfection of aquaculture water bodies such as fish ponds and shrimp ponds, disinfection of aquaculture tools (nets, feeding platforms, aeration equipment), and disinfection of seedling incubation ponds. It can prevent and control aquatic diseases such as vibriosis and aeromonas disease.

Precautions
Full-Pond Disinfection of Aquaculture Water
1:10000 (0.1g/L)
Dissolve the disinfectant powder in a small amount of water first, then sprinkle evenly over the entire pond, and turn on the aeration equipment after sprinkling
Acts for 72 hours, 1-2 times a month
When the water quality is turbid, the concentration can be appropriately increased to 0.15g/L, and do not use with alkaline fishery drugs
Aquaculture Tool Disinfection
1:200 (5g/L)
Soak nets, feeding platforms, etc. in disinfectant, and disassemble complex tools for treatment
Soak for 30 minutes
Rinse with clean water after disinfection and dry before use to avoid residual drugs affecting seedlings
Seedling Incubation Pond Disinfection
1:500 (2g/L)
Spray and disinfect the entire incubation pond thoroughly before releasing seedlings, and close the pond door for sealing
Seal for 24 hours
After disinfection, rinse repeatedly with clean water more than 3 times, and release seedlings only after the water quality is up to standard

III. Food Processing and Cold Chain Scenarios

Scenario Description: Suitable for disinfection of cold chain food outer packaging, production and processing equipment (conveyors, operation tables), cold storage environments, and transportation vehicles. It meets the regular disinfection requirements for COVID-19 prevention and control and ensures food production safety.

Precautions
Cold Chain Food Outer Packaging
1:200 (5g/L)
Spray with a spray bottle or wipe the surface of the outer packaging with a sterile cloth, focusing on contact parts such as corners and handles
15 minutes
Avoid direct contact of disinfectant with food itself, and air-dry naturally after disinfection
Production and Processing Equipment/Operation Tables
1:150 (6.7g/L)
First remove oil stains and food residues with an alkaline cleaner, then wipe or soak with disinfectant
20 minutes
Rinse thoroughly with clean water after disinfection to prevent drug residues from contaminating food
Cold Storage Environment/Transportation Vehicles
1:100 (10g/L)
Spray floors, walls, and shelves evenly in the cold storage with a sprayer; disinfect the inner wall and compartment of the vehicle with high-pressure spray
30 minutes
Ventilate until there is no odor after disinfection before loading food

IV. Household and Daily Scenarios

Scenario Description: Suitable for disinfection of household floors, tabletops, children's toys, clothing, pet supplies, etc. It is mild and non-irritating, does not damage fabrics and furniture surfaces, and ensures home hygiene and safety.

Precautions
Hard Surfaces such as Floors and Tabletops
1:600 (1.7g/L)
Soak mops and cloths in disinfectant for 3 minutes, wring until no dripping, then wipe the surface
Air-dry naturally
After disinfecting wooden floors, wipe again with a dry cloth to avoid deformation due to long-term moisture
Children's Toys
Plastic toys: 1:300 (3.3g/L); Wooden/electric toys: 1:600 (1.7g/L)
Soak plastic toys for disinfection; wipe wooden/electric toys with a cloth dipped in disinfectant
Soak plastic toys for 10 minutes; wipe wooden/electric toys and let stand for 5 minutes
Rinse plastic toys with clean water and dry after disinfection; avoid disinfectant entering the interior of electric toys
Clothing Disinfection
1:300 (3.3g/L)
Pour the disinfectant into the washing machine and wash with clothes as usual
Entire washing process (about 30-60 minutes)
Can be used with neutral detergents, does not damage colored fabrics, and has no bleaching effect
Pet Supplies (Mats, Food Bowls)
1:500 (2g/L)
Soak pet mats for disinfection, and wipe food bowls with disinfectant
Soak mats for 15 minutes; wipe food bowls and let stand for 10 minutes
Must rinse food bowls thoroughly with clean water after disinfection and dry before use

V. General Precautions

  • When preparing the disinfectant solution, add water first and then powder, stir evenly until completely dissolved (the solution is pink and clear) to avoid powder caking; do not use hot water (> 50℃) for preparation, as it may reduce the sterilization effect.
  • The disinfectant solution should be prepared and used immediately, used up within 24 hours after preparation, and any unused solution should be properly discarded and cannot be reused.
  • Wear protective equipment such as rubber gloves and masks during operation to avoid direct contact with skin and mucous membranes; if contact occurs accidentally, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
  • Do not mix with other disinfectants (especially ammonia-based and alkaline disinfectants) to avoid generating harmful gases.
  • Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, away from children and pets, and avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature environments.
  • The disinfection effect is greatly affected by temperature, pH value, and organic matter. In low-temperature environments, the contact time can be appropriately prolonged; when there is a lot of organic matter, clean first and then disinfect.
